The alarm clock was set on an early alarm and we took a quick breakfast before we sat in the taxi towards the Mandraki harbor in Rhodes. The taxi driver was very nice and so we stepped out of the taxi to go where we would board the boat to go diving.
Shortly after we got out of the car, Hanna noticed, that she did not have her mobile phone with her. It certainly remained muted in the back seat of the taxi car!
Very quickly we stopped a taxi from the same company, called the switchboard and asked it to contact car 161 which they got and sent back to us. Very well, he appeared, stretched the cell phone through the window and it all within just five minutes. Yes, Hanna did learn a lesson, that she should keep a eye little better on her things!
Now we got into the queue to jump on the dive that just left the harbor two minutes later. But more about the diving in the next post!
